Welcome to the Scholarship Question and Answer Community (the “Community”).

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Community, which is owned and operated by [insert company name] (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

e. Refrain from posting any content that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

f. Refrain from posting any content that impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.

  1. Content Ownership All content posted on the Community is the property of the poster. By posting content on the Community, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Community and our business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.
  2. Disclaimer of Warranties: We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content of the Community, and we assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Community. Your use of the Community is at your own risk.
